We take the discomfort, insecurity and guesswork out of joining a gym by offering a quality training program in a class setting. We promote consistency in training and in life, while providing a supportive, positive and fun training environment.

This membership gives you a chance to see what we’re all about! You get access to 3 classes per week of your choice for a month (both Strength and Cardio). 

$11.58 per class / Must take first class within 14 days of purchase. Membership starts on the day you take your first class and is active for 4 consecutive weeks

Access to 7 classes per week – Strength Training and Cardio – with a Coach leading each one. Our program is designed to take the guesswork out so you can focus on the training. We follow a progressive training program to ensure you make progress over time!

Option to drop monthly rate to $239 ($119.50 bi-weekly) by using bank account info (instead of debit/credit)

Access to 20 classes of your choice over the course of 4 months. Great for those who have a limited schedule and can only make it a few times per week. Includes both Strength Training and Cardio Classes.

$22.50 per class / Expires in 4 months

Access to 10 classes of your choice over the course of 6 weeks. Great for those who have a limited schedule and can only make it a few times per week. Includes both Strength Training and Cardio Classes.

$28.50 per class / Expires in 6 weeks

Access to all HIIT classes (does not include weight training classes). HIIT Classes are on Tuesdays + Thursdays (5:15am, 6:30am, 8:30am | 5:00pm, 6:30pm) and Saturday mornings 9:30am.

Feel free to drop-in to a class, only valid for our HIIT Classes (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays labeled Hurricane + Energy Classes on our schedule)

20 & 10 Session Packages Available

You’re never alone here. Every class is led by a coach to give you guidance and support, to modify and teach proper form, and to answer any questions you have. Our coaches are your biggest cheerleaders!

The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, strength training, endurance, speed and mobility training.

Comfortable, supportive and inclusive environment where we cheer each other on and celebrate our successes. We’re a family, and you’re part of it from the moment you walk through our doors.

Diversity is respected. We all come in different sizes, ages and shapes with the common goal to get healthy, be healthy, stay healthy. One very important concept I learned from Going to TFW- I no longer want “the perfect body," I already have one and it gets stronger every day! Try this place . They will lift you up!

TFW Brooklyn is exactly what I needed after being in this pandemic for so long. It is more than just a gym, it’s a team and family. Such a great balance of training. Coach Cathy treats you like family from the second you walk in... she motivates, pushes and gives tough love when needed.
