Classes

Strength Training

Our program changes every 8-9 weeks, focusing on 2-3 major lifts each time, like Back Squat or Deadlift, followed by accessory exercises. These classes are for all levels, and we teach you how to lift safely and properly. We start with a warm-up together, then you’ll be divided into groups to do the workout with others, using Supersets (two exercises back to back) and Tri-Sets (three exercises back to back) to build strength, stability, and coordination.

Hurricane

Hurricane Classes are 45-minute high-intensity interval training sessions, including a warm-up and cool-down. It’s a high-energy, fun class where we use light weights and do exercises like sprints, ball slams, jumping, rowing, and assault biking. These workouts focus on moving light weights fast, to improve your cardiovascular fitness.

Energy Class

Energy class is a fast-paced workout where we move between different stations set up around the room. It’s a type of HIIT Training where each station has different equipment and exercises.
