Setting up your lift is just as important as the lift itself. The last thing we want is to get hurt by carelessly setting up or picking up a weight

Here’s a quick tip on how to safely and properly get the kettlebell off the floor for a floor press or a Turkish get up. No more straining your shoulder, wrist and elbow by yanking the kettlebell from the side while lying down. It’s all about the details, and they truly matter, especially as we add more weight over time!
