BILLING, CANCELLATION, FREEZE, NO-SHOW POLICY, COMMUNICATIONS, ETC.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

*Policies differ by class time*

NO-SHOW: $10 FEE  |  This fee will automatically apply if you are signed up for class and do not show up or cancel within the allotted time.
LATE CANCEL: $10 FEE  |  This fee will automatically apply if you are signed up for class and do not cancel your reservation within the allotted time.

LATE POLICY:
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to class, you cannot take that class. Coaches take the time before class to prepare for who is coming, set up groups, and we spend the beginning of class doing a group warmup before we move into the workout. If you show up late and miss the warmup, for your own safety we will not allow you to take that class, but you can sign up for the next one.

5:15am Classes:
You have until 1 hour prior to class to sign up, so you must be signed up by 4:15am. If you are signed up and need to cancel, you must cancel your reservation 7 hours prior to class, by 10:15pm the night before. This allows people on the waitlist time to get into the class and the coach time to properly prepare the class. If you are on the waitlist and somebody drops out, you will get a text message notifying you that you got into the class. If you are not signed up for class and show up, you may not

7:30am TRX Class:
You have until 1 hour prior to class to sign up, so you must be signed up by 6:30am. If you are signed up and need to cancel, you must cancel your reservation 11 hours prior to class, by 8:30pm the night before. This allows people on the waitlist time to get into the class and the coach time to properly prepare the class. If you are on the waitlist and somebody drops out, you will get a text message notifying you that you got into the class.

ALL OTHER CLASSES:
For all other classes (weight training & hurricane), you must be signed up at least 30 minutes prior to class time. You can cancel up to 1 minute prior to start time

MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

PLEASE NOTE: All Membership freezes must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the start of your freeze to allow for processing.
Your billing will be suspended for the duration of the freeze and will automatically resume once the freeze period has ended. Here are the freeze details based on membership type:  

ALL ACCESS GROUP TRAINING (AUTOPAY): You may take advantage of up to 2 complementary freezes in the calendar year, for 2 – 6 weeks in duration. Additional weeks will be $10 per week until membership is resumed.

ALL ACCESS GROUP TRAINING (MONTH-TO-MONTH): Are not eligible for freezes.

HIIT PACKAGE: You may take advantage of 1 complimentary freeze in the calendar year, for 2 – 6 weeks in duration. Additional weeks will be $10 per week until membership is resumed.

20 SESSION PACKAGE + 10 SESSION PACKAGES: Are not eligible for freezes.

MEDICAL + EMERGENCY FREEZES: Medical and emergency freezes are always complimentary if you provide an email detailing the necessity of your freeze. 

MEMBERSHIP + BILLING DETAILS

ALL ACCESS GROUP TRAINING (AUTOPAY): You have access to 7 classes per week, up to 1 class per day. This includes a done-for-you training program comprised of Weight Training (M, W, F) and HIIT Training (T, Th, Sa.) with a Coach guiding the class through the entire session! Membership automatically renews at the end of each 4 week period, at a discounted rate from the month-to-month. 
– BANK ACCOUNT PAYMENTS: $239/4 weeks, billed $119.50 bi-weekly
– DEBIT/CREDIT PAYMENTS: $249/4 weeks, billed $124.50 bi-weekly

*Note: Your initial payment will be scheduled for the nearest Friday within our billing cycle, prorated to reflect the days/classes prior to our billing date. Subsequent payments will automatically be processed every 14 days via the payment method provided.

ALL ACCESS GROUP TRAINING (MONTH-TO-MONTH): You have access to 6 classes per week, up to 1 class per day. This includes a done-for-you training program comprised of Weight Training (M, W, F) and HIIT Training (T, Th, Sa.) with a Coach guiding the class through the entire session! Membership does not automatically renew and is pay-as-you-go. $255/4 weeks Paid in Full

HIIT PACKAGE: This membership is great for those who are looking to get back into training without a heavy commitment. You have access to 3 classes per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This membership does not include weight training classes $139/4 weeks Paid in Full

20 SESSION PACKAGE: You have access to the same classes as the All Access Membership. You get 20 classes of your choice over the course of 4 months. Great for those who have a limited schedule and can only make it a few times per week. $450 paid in full, expires in 4 months

10 SESSION PACKAGE: You have access to the same classes as the All Access Membership. You get 10 classes of your choice over the course of 6 weeks. Great for those who have a limited schedule and can only make it a few times per week. $285 paid in full, expires in 6 weeks

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your membership, please give us 30 days notice. Your membership will be set to cancel after the 30 days, and you will still have access to classes until the end of your membership.

SCHEDULE DETAILS

SCHEDULE CHANGES AND UPDATES: Please note that our class schedule is dynamic and may be subject to alterations. Factors such as Holidays, seasonal changes (snow storms and floods, among others), unforeseen circumstances and operational requirements can impact the regularity and timing of classes. 

In alignment with this understanding, we want to make it clear that we do not offer make-up classes for sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled, unless otherwise stated. While we regularly maintain a consistent and reliable schedule, occasional changes may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. 

By completing your membership purchase, you confirm that you are aware of and accept our policy regarding class changes. All communications about schedule changes are sent via Email and Text Message. If you have accidentally unsubscribed from our Email Communications, please click below to re-subscribe. If you have not been receiving our Text Messages, please send us a text to 917-456-9263 with your name letting us know you haven’t received messages.
